Job Description: The primary focus of the Systems Analyst will be to define, develop, deliver, and support operational enhancements to the Veeva software and support the commercial field teams utilizing the cloud-based application. Key to this role is a willingness to work at all levels of the organization and enthusiastically participate, own, and deliver activities related to the gathering of functional and technical requirements, implementation and on-going operational support of innovative solutions that provide for the efficient and compliant use of the Veeva / InterAct software system.
Qualifications:
•Bachelor’s degree in a technology or relevant scientific discipline required
•User Acceptance Testing
•Project Management
•Feasibility Analysis and Technical Analysis
•4+ years of experience in a related IT role
•2+ years of experience with Veeva SaaS Software (Veeva Certification preferred)
•1+ years of experience in the life sciences (Biopharma preferred) industry in a technical role
