Sr Business Control Specialist

**Job Description:**
The role is an individual contributor with the Business Controls Operations Reporting team within the Enterprise Transactions Services (ETS) line of business. Duties include but are not limited to:
+ Responsibility for managing reporting and metrics within multiple ETS lines of business
+ Oversight of internal team processes and functions
+ Designing, developing and implementing reporting and analytics in support of Front Line Unit Quality measurements
**Required Skills and Experience**
+ Microsoft Office skills, specifically advanced Excel (Array Formulas, v-look ups, pivot tables, etc.)
+ Microsoft Access database skills
+ Visual Basic or VBA or or SQL skills for report development
+ Excellent written and verbal communication skills
+ Ability to remain flexible and adjust to evolving business needs; adept at balancing multiple and competing priorities; outstanding organizational and planning skills
+ Demonstrated team player with the ability to work independently
+ Strong written and verbal communication skills
+ Experience building relationships with partners and presenting to leadership when needed
+ Knowledge of quality assurance testing
+ SharePoint skills with dynamic forms and SharePoint Designer
**Desired Skills and Experience**
+ Previous experience in an analytical support role preferred
+ Knowledge of quality assurance testing
+ Knowledge of control environment desired
+ Knowledge of audits, process, risk, control role a plus
