Overview
We're looking for a Revenue Cycle Analytics Manager to join our team.
You will report directly to the Chief Revenue Officer, SVP. You will be responsible for managing the reporting and analytics for the Revenue Cycle teams in accordance with company goals and objectives. This position creates, documents, and implements effective, efficient, and compliant procedures; develops team members; partners with other departments and external vendors; coordinates the resolution of specific datarelated and reporting problems and inquiries; and is an escalation contact for internal clients.

Knowledge/Skills/Abilities/Expectations:
• Excellent knowledge of data analytics requirements and reporting procedures
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines successfully
• High attention to detail
• Good time management skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suites with advanced Excel knowledge
• Excellent organizational and leadership skills
• Ability to keep management informed on issues and problems
Education/Professional:
• Bachelor's degree preferred in Business, Finance or related field and/or combination of equivalent related experience
Experience:
• 3-5 years FP&A, data management or Revenue Cycle-related experience
• Prior experience with HCHB and Tableau is preferred
