Hiring Reefer Drivers
Benefits: • $3,000 sign on bonus

• Vacation time • 1 week vacation at 90 days

• Pay • Weekly CPM $.75 - $.80
• Team Driver Annual Earnings $190,000 - $220,000.
• Additional Earned Incentive Bonus Pay Up to .014 CPM
• SIGN ON - Additional .02CPM Per Driver of Profit Share Bonus for 1 year - Paid weekly.
Requirements: • At least 9 months of experience, OTR experience preferred
• No more than 1 preventable accident in the last year, excluding small incidents in parking lots
• No more than 3 moving violations in the past 3 years
• No DUI within the last 3 years
• No failed screening in the last 3 years
