Your ability to leverage constructive relationships across divisions will help you maximize the resources available within the organization.  Your ability to exercise foresight and judgment in initiating, planning, organizing and guiding complex projects in unprecedented situations shall be critical to the achievement to the division.It is your hard work and focus that will help in making Pfizer ready to achieve new milestones and help patients across the globe.How You Will Achieve ItThis is an exciting opportunity to join the Pfizer Digital Client Partners, Product Management and Colleague Services team and contribute to our vision to lead Pfizer Digital engagement with our clients, drive digital strategy and achieve target outcomes, and govern and prioritize the digital portfolio.  Be front and center as we Win the Digital Race in Pharma!The Digital Client Partner team is looking for customer focused, energetic, strategic, and innovative leader to be the primary Pfizer Digital client partner for the GPD Client Partner organization, specifically Global Biometrics and Data Management (GBDM).  As the primary point of contact, the leader will be expected to drive strategic direction including business performance and financial management for highly complex initiatives within GPD, influence strategic digital investments,  and advise on all aspects of digital and technology topics and trends, opportunities and internal Digital capabilities.As the Client Partner for Global Biometrics and Data Management and Analytics and reporting the right candidate will:Drive Transformation Initiatives in partnership with the business and leverage technical and functional expertise across GPD and DigitalExhibit a high level of business knowledge and understanding of the external marketplace and anticipates Business Unit’s customer requirements.Define Digital strategy and cost/benefit business case(s) creation, with business sponsors and input from appropriate Digital groups, to meet business strategy, function needs and Bold Move priorities.Partner with the senior business leadership, function stakeholders and appropriate Digital groups to manage successful execution of the strategy including solution delivery, business adoption and business case achievement.Be proactive thought leader partnering with divisions/functions leadership teams to drive innovative use of technology, data, and/or digital (existing, new) to create value and superior experiences for Pfizer colleagues.Translate business strategy and function needs into business requirements.Lead governance to prioritize and manage all Digital demand for each division/function in partnership with business leadership. Clearly communicate prioritized demand and div/function needs/requirements to all appropriate Digital groups on an ongoing basis.Prepare and manage annual Digital budget for each division/function with input from appropriate Digital groups.Work with appropriate Digital groups to leverage and scale products and solutions across customers and geographies as appropriate.Influences resources outside of immediate area as well as influences senior management decisions that have an impact of business decisionsThe leader will need to have strong partnership and collaboration skills as they will be working closely with multiple Digital groups to understand how best to use our global solutions to meet Bold Moves defined by GPD.  In addition, the candidate will be expected to clearly articulate the priorities of GPD to the other Digital groups.  The decisions made by the leader will have a long-term impact on the Business Unit.As the Client Partner for Global Biometrics and Data Management (GBDM) and Analysis and reporting, the individual will define and drive the Digital strategy for the organization.  They will interact with the leadership team, the leaders of other areas supporting the organization, and the various Digital teams managing the solutions.
