The GFIU PS Program Validation Management role will be responsible for Audit Coordination, CAP management, regulatory validation efforts of the programs owned and administered by GFIU Program Solutions.  This includes the oversight of all third party reviews involving procedures, training and GIS requirements definition.  Responsible for drafting responses for third party validations (exam, audits, and compliance assurance) and be the primary focal point of contact for Global Risk and Control to ensure timely management of all GFIU PS validation reviews and owned/impacted issues to their successful closure and/or milestone delivery.AML mitigates money laundering and terrorist financing risks for Citi and its customers in the global marketplace. It uses skilled analysts and investigators, state-of-the-art technology and globally standard policies and procedures to ensure effective monitoring and reporting of suspicious activitiesResponsibilities:Global oversight for GFIU Program Solutions (PS) function’s issues management to include CAP oversightGlobal coordination of GFIU PS deliverables for third party reviews to include OCC and FRB Consent Order Project validations, regulatory reviews, audits and compliance assurance testing validationsAct as Global administrator in iCAPsAssist in drafting CAP language and milestones on behalf of GFIU PSAct as Point of Contact for Global Applicability Assessment coordination with Risk and ControlResponsible for overseeing the archive of all artifacts and documentation associated to GFIU PS validation responses and CAPsEnsure all GFIU owned CAPs are raised within 60 days of self identification of issuesProactively and as an outcome of recurring GFIU PS Leadership CAP meeting, ensure follow up actions are tracking to successful completion for impending milestones & deliverables.Ensure CAP artifacts are delivered to Risk and Control and CAPS are closed per due dates and to planAttend recurring GFIU PS Leadership CAP meetingsPrimary Point of Contact for Global Risk and Control for Milestone/Action Plan Status UpdatesPrimary coordinator for materials used in global and regional audit orientation and walk through requests for GFIU PSManagement and oversight of issues identified through regulatory review and feedback, that relate to actions required by GFIU PSArchive and track all formal artifacts submitted for Audits, CAPs, MRA validations and Consent Order Project validationsManage the creation and maintenance of a GFIU PS repository for all evidence provided in response to third party reviews and validations to include: Audits, Compliance Assurance testing, CAPs, MRA validations and Consent Order Project validationsInterface with various levels of Management, SLT, PMO, and AuditorsAbility to draft responses for third party validations (exam, audits, compliance assurance)Strong understanding of risk management within the context of AMLStrong demonstrated ability to interface and communicate upward in forums of high visibility, providing credible challenge to potential issues raised in risk discussions and negotiate appropriate conclusionsDemonstrated ability to identify key discussion points and concerns and draft responses and prepare artifact packages with succinct targeted responsesAbility to maintain and enhance a strong and effective partnership between Audit, Compliance Assurance, Risk and Control and GFIU PSQualifications:6-10 years relevant experienceAML CertificationConsistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication skillsSelf-motivated and detail orientedAdvanced analytical skills Ability to both work independently and collaborate with team membersProficient in Excel and Word – ability to learn multiple system applications quicklyEducation:Bachelor (or 4 Year University) Degree or equivalent experienceMasters degree preferred-------------------------------------------------Job Family Group: Compliance and Control-------------------------------------------------Job Family:AML Core------------------------------------------------------Time Type:Full time------------------------------------------------------Citi is an equal opportunity and affirmative action employer.Qualified applicants will receive consideration without regard to their race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, disability, or status as a protected veteran.Citigroup Inc. and its subsidiaries ("Citi”) invite all qualified interested applicants to apply for career opportunities.
