This newly refined role will be a critical part of how we enable our Global TA Function to drive and influence Citi’s inclusive (diversity) hiring strategy and outcomes.  The function reports up to the Global Head of TA Strategy and Programs (S&P), and this role reports to the SVP, Global TA Strategic Diversity Effectiveness. On the Global TA Diversity Effectiveness team, you will be joining a team of subject matter experts.The Global TA Diversity Effectiveness Program Manager will drive the overall improvement of TA & Diversity data management, develop governance (w/sharing model & structure), and execute a roll out and manage an on-going accountability & support practice. The Global TA Diversity Effectiveness Program Manager is a strategic professional who stays abreast of Talent Acquisition and Diversity developments, helping build & drive directional strategy applied to Inclusive Hiring Practices (in Insights & Data with Accountability & Governance oversight) within Talent Acquisition and the entirety of Citigroup. This role will have significant impact on Citi’s overall ability to meet inclusive hiring practice discipline, Citi’s representation goals, and Citi’s overall performance. This position is fast-paced and multi-faceted. The ideal candidate will be ambitious, understand data, and be able to deliver consistently w/precision to serve as a SME on the diversity data, & insights team for Talent Acquisition.  In this role, you’re expected to (e.g. Responsibilities):Establish Program Management Practice via integration into on-going operational discipline:Create and garner approval of TA Inclusive Hiring Data Review and Enablement program plan – including a charter, benefits management plan, stakeholder management plan, acceptance plan, risk management plan and central program issue log.Drive Citi’s Inclusive Hiring Data Review & Enablement Program via establishing, planning, directing and coordinating all day-to-day activities.Ensures essential procedures/processes followed Global Diversity Data governance standards and contributes to defining standards for TA.Oversees program plans meet business needs as described in the program initiation documents.Monitors program commitment from those assigning resources.Consult w/Data & Insights:Provide Subject Matter Expertise with data & insight regarding how Talent Acquisition, Global Diversity & the Citi businesses collectively integrate, coordinate and contribute to inclusive hiring outcomes & objectives.Provide advice and counsel related to the TA technological landscape & TA operational processes.Engage Global Stakeholders (including Global TA, Global Diversity & Inclusion and Business Line Leadership):Ensures all stakeholders are identified and included in scope definition activities and understand the program schedule and key milestones.Works with Global Talent Acquisition Strategy & Programs Leader & SVP, Global TA Strategic Diversity Effectiveness to ensure business case/cost benefit analysis is in line with TA & business/internal client objectives.Ensures all areas of the program are appropriately managed through the matrixed relationship internal ecosystem.Drives ensuring programmatic Risk MitigationEscalates program risks to the Executive Sponsor (Global Head of TA Strategy and Programs (S&P)), or Program Sponsor (SVP, Global TA Strategic Diversity Effectiveness), when appropriate.Directs TA & the business lines supported through responsibility for delivery of end results and shared responsibility for budget management, accountable for resource planning.Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency.As a successful candidate, you’d ideally have the following skills and exposure (e.g. Qualifications):Highly developed communication and diplomacy skills are required to guide and influence others with data.6-10 years of experience – including any combination of Data Review & Sharing, Talent Acquisition/Recruiting experience, TA/Recruiting Operations and/or Diversity & Inclusion experience are preferred.CAPM, PMP, PgMP or Project Management/Program Management certification preferredDiversity Experience in either a formal role or participating as an ally in Diversity & Inclusion Programs preferredMatrixed organizational experience a plus (e.g., navigating complex organizational structures, size & scope)Highly regulated industry experience preferred (e.g., banking, financial services, pharmaceutical, FDA environments, etc.)Education:Bachelor’s/University degree or equivalent experience required (preferred degrees – Business, Finance, HR, Math, Audit, or any business or data driven degree, etc.)Master’s degree preferred/MBA or Master’s in a business or data driven discipline -------------------------------------------------Job Family Group: Project and Program Management-------------------------------------------------Job Family:Program Management------------------------------------------------------Time Type:Full time------------------------------------------------------Citi is an equal opportunity and affirmative action employer.Qualified applicants will receive consideration without regard to their race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, disability, or status as a protected veteran.Citigroup Inc. and its subsidiaries ("Citi”) invite all qualified interested applicants to apply for career opportunities.
