In this role you will be responsible for ensuring cash/funds are processed and balanced accurately within 48 hours of receipt according to department and investor guidelines.Additional responsibilities include:You will also, be responsible for ensuring rejected and/or misapplied funds are identified, researched, and resolved in a timely manner according to department guidelines.An ideal candidate will follow and develop department policy and procedures. An ideal candidate will also understands and utilizes mortgage system's cash flow.Basic QualificationsHigh school diploma or equivalentTwo to four years of experience in business and general office environmentPreferred Skills/ExperienceGood understanding of the business and broad office skillsDemonstrated administrative skills and acute attention to detailWell-developed reading, writing and mathematical skillsAbility to manage multiple tasks/projects and deadlines simultaneouslyAbility to identify and resolve exceptions and to interpret dataProficient computer skills, especially Microsoft Office applications and graphicsGood verbal, grammatical, and written communication skillsIf there’s anything we can do to accommodate a disability during any portion of the application or hiring process, please refer to our disability accommodations for applicants.
