Job Description
• Post payments received to customers' accounts
• Process customer credit cards payments
• Remote deposit of checks
• Respond to customer inquiries about their account
• Monitor credit holds and review with Management
• Work with Customer Service to ensure communication of credit situations affecting sales orders
• Set up new accounts and work with Management to determine appropriate credit limits
• Collections calls and emails and documentation of same
• Process & Distribute Monthly and Quarterly Rebates / Credit Memos
• Month end duties including Accounts Receivable reconciliations, intercompany statement reconciliations
• Other projects as assigned
