WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING
Creates, develops, manages and operates processes that assess, prioritize and mitigate risks in the systems access space. Includes access management services, audit preparation assistance and risk assessments. Participates in internal and external projects to make recommendations for business needs and assist in maintaining compliance. Liaises with vendors for various security infrastructure-related products and services.
Essential Functions/Responsibility Statements:
Promotes awareness in the environment of everyday work via corporate newsletters, annual training, and other creative methods; provides support and guidance to employees with access related concerns.
Guides the development of policies, processes, and procedures, utilizing best practices, compliance requirements, and contractual obligations.
Informs other team members of work status and coordinates division of tasks; may manage a project and/or junior employees.
Identifies, assesses, measures and monitors risks by performing independent hands-on risk assessments. Includes both in house systems and vendor-based solutions covering Information Security, Business Continuity and compliance risk.

Education: Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience
Work Experience: 2-5 years ; Experience in access management, information security, governance, IT audit, or risk management.
Skills and Abilities:
Ability to communicate professionally with business, technical teams and key stakeholders
Prior automation and scripting experience
Proficiency in creating and executing excel formulas, scripts & macros
Ability to recognize and mitigate downstream impacts
Basic understanding of risk and compliance requirements
Strong partnership skills and the ability to lead by example
Ability to multi-task and prioritize deliverables effectively

Working Conditions: Frequent Minimal physical effort such as sitting, standing and walking. Occasional moving and lifting equipment and furniture is required to support onsite and offsite meeting setup and teardown.
