Our client is an established staffing agency specializing in home health and nursing positions nationwide. They are seeking a full time Staffing Manager to join their team in Tampa on site, working M-F. Responsible for maintaining and maximizing existing accounts as well as recruiting and managing top grade field staff while exceeding customer and nurse expectations.
Our client offers a $50k-$65k base, bonuses/incentives, full health benefits that kick in day one of employment, 401k, HSA, FSA, PTO and room for growth.

Responsibilities Include:
• Recruiting and retaining healthcare professionals through exceptional service
• Meet goals and metrics
• Processing applications in various stages, including interviewing applicants, verifying employment and skills competencies, and conducting background and licensure screenings
• Taking requests from clients and working to fill their needs with a true sense of urgency
• Contacting employees to determine eligibility and availability for assignments
• Documenting all incoming and outgoing communication for both clients and employees
• Manage online recruitment efforts for field positions
• Ensure the compliance of all personnel records for offices, including file audits and regular review/reporting of compliance standings
