Specifically, we seek a sales and marketing multifamily professional who is eager to sell our staffing, marketing, and training services to the Triad and Greater Charlotte markets. Traits/Skills and Experience Required:
• A proven track record of more than three years meeting consistent, measurable sales goals and outstanding customer service
• Attention to detail, along with the ability to clearly and enthusiastically communicate, both in written and verbal language
• Discipline, to be proactive, and highly prioritized in completing responsibilities, reliable in setting your own schedule while meeting daily sales objectives
• Agility to work in a rapid paced, ever changing environment
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite, which includes Excel and Power Point capabilities
Responsibilities:
· As the “face” of Full House Marketing, Inc. assertively develop sales revenue through networking, prospecting, warm calling, and new business meetings
· Meet expected Key Performance Indicators as set by the company
· Expand and maintain positive relationships with existing clients through effective account management and customer service
· Serve/Volunteer on industry related trade committees and be a positive role model for others
· Frequent travel within the Triad and Charlotte areas. Occasional overnight travel.
· Attend industry evening functions as required.
Candidates with these qualities along with a polished presence and greater than average confidence will be considered. Those with successful outside sales experience encouraged to apply. A college degree and/or equal residential property management experience preferred.
