Responsibilities
Ideal Image is seeking an energetic, customer-focused individual to provide world-class service to our internal
and clinic-based clients as the HRMS Administrator in a UKGpro and Kronos environment. An experienced
business applications administrator, the role is tasked with providing in-depth reporting, analysis, configuration,
validation, support and development of the UKG and Kronos systems. This incumbent will have strong
technical skills with an in-depth knowledge of Kronos and UKG and will work closely with business partners to
analyze work process design and flow, improve processes, and leverage the return on technological
capabilities. Specifically, the HRMS Administrator builds project plans, ensures adherence to project
schedules, maintains a systems orientation, and can work effectively with peers to set technology priorities
and conduct long-term planning. This role is hands-on and serves as a technical point-of-contact for the
assigned functional area and assists subject matter experts with ensuring data integrity, testing of system
changes, report writing and analyzing data flows for process improvement opportunities. The role reports to
the Sr Dir of Clinic Applications and supports the Human Resources team.
Duties and Responsibilities
•Collaborates with HR team and organizational leadership to determine the short-and long-term
information department and system objectives; develops a plan to modify HR applications (UKG, Kronos,
iCIMS), modules, and systems to meet those objectives.
· Collaborate with Sales and Clinic operations to support existing scheduling and time keeping functionality;
develops a plan to modify and update the WFM technology to support on-going operational change
requests.
· Assesses current system and utilization; identifies and recommends improvements such as training,
customization, and enhancements to maximize value and efficiency of the HR applications.
· Identifies, recommends, and programs custom functions and documentation such as automated queries,
filters, and reports.
· Works with the training department to create new and maintain existing materials, guides, and
documentation.
· Audit HR data to ensure a high level of data integrity.
· Provide support for HR including, but not limited to, researching, and resolving HR application problems,
unexpected results, or process errors; perform scheduled activities; recommend solutions to meet
requirements.
· Create, generate, and maintain reports/queries, utilizing appropriate reporting tools. Assists in
development of standard reports to measure KPI’s for ongoing customer needs. Helps maintain data
integrity in systems by running queries and analyzing data.
· Identifies, researches, and recommends technology and workflow procedures that enhance accuracy and
efficiency in Human Capital Management.
· Ensures system compliance with data security, privacy requirements, policies, laws and regulations regarding compensation and data reporting.
· Acts as liaison between HR and IT functions, assisting with IT requirements.
· Train staff and new HRIS users on new processes/functionality.
· Assist in the review, testing and implementation of HR system upgrades or patches.
· Collaborate with other HR users (Payroll, Accounting, Finance, IT, Projects, etc.) to ensure integrity of the HR systems.
· Advise management on organizational policy matters related to the HR systems.
· Maintain a thorough understanding of employment regulations, industry trends, current practices, new developments, applicable laws, and employment legislation pertaining to all personnel matters, and various federal requirements.
· Provide general HRIS related assistance as requested.
· Participates in user group meetings/conferences.
· Performs other related duties as assigned.
Qualifications
· Proficient with UKGpro and/or Kronos.
· Excellent interpersonal and technical support skills.
· Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
· Ability to work in a highly matrixed environment, adhere to deadlines, and multi-task efficiently.
· Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
· Thorough understanding of functional analysis and system design.
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
· Must be able to effectively train others.
· Ability to use logic and reasoning to identify strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions and provide conclusions or approaches to the job.
· Identify potential problems that may arise in the corporation or between personnel and provide recommendations for resolution.
· Must have the ability to listen and understand employee concerns and formulate a decision to resolve the issues.
· Willingness to learn how to administer new HR technologies.
· Bachelor’s degree in related field required.
· At least three (3) years’ experience with HR business systems highly preferred.
· UKG (UltiPro/Ultimate Software) system experience required.
· UKG Dimensions (Kronos Dimensions) system experience required.
· Systems implementation experience a plus.

Vaccination against COVID-19 or weekly testing is required for all new onsite corporate employees. If you elect to test weekly, testing may be obtained at any testing site or by using an over the counter test, at your own expense, where applicable. A negative test result must be uploaded into our UKG system prior to the start of every workweek; if there is a positive result you must not come into the Corporate office.
