Job Description:
Have experience with automotive customer service? Come join a fun, fast-paced team of Customer Service professionals!
The CSR will be primarily responsible for all customer service issues, as well as internal sales while ensuring customer inquiries and orders are completed in a timely manner. This role is clearly focused on maintaining and enhancing the quality of the service provided to customers.
Duties:
* Provide technical assistance as needed to secure orders
* Answer heavy inbound customer calls and offer superior quality service
* Input orders, provide status updates on orders to customers, advise price and availability for items, handle customer complaints, secure RGA number from admin and provide details to customers
* Screen requests to open new accounts and transfer to appropriate sales person
* Provide quotes to customers as completed by Motorsports Sales
* Provide ETAs to customers; assist customers in identifying material needed for their orders
* Print, fax, or email notices, price discrepancies, scan/save
* Work with purchasing on bringing product in to meet customer requirements
* Research stockrooms for availability of products and transfer to correct stock room
* Advise orders that can have product de-allocated to fill orders with earlier due dates
* Work with production team to prioritize customer orders
