Description
We are seeking an experienced, strategic minded and motivated Director of FP&A who will thrive in a complex, fast-paced healthcare environment. The qualified candidate will provide decision support / analysis and financial leadership to the division VP of FP&A, CFO and (PBM) Pharmacy Benefit Manager leadership team.
Responsibilities:
Direct and assist the team in preparing monthly financial reporting package for key components of the PBM P&L including revenue, cost of goods, SG&A etc.
Work with finance team and business partners to perform detailed variance analyses identifying trends, key drivers, risks and opportunities.
Summarize and prepare clear and concise monthly and ad hoc reporting for finance leadership to support strategic decisions.
Lead and support the development, tracking and reporting of the annual financial budget for PBM P&L including the coordination with cross-functional leaders.
Minimum Requirements:
Requires a BA/BS in accounting or finance and a minimum of 5 years of progressively more responsible experience in a high level financial analysis position for a publicly held company; or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background.
Preferred qualifications:
• MBA, CPA, CFM, or CMA preferred.
• PBM/Pharmaceutical/ Managed Care experience.
• Prior experience supporting Senior management and prior leadership experience preferred
