LHH is working with a client in Tampa that is searching for an HR Generalist to join their team. This position will be fully onsite M-F 9:00AM-5:30PM and will be a year-long contract, so must be okay with a strictly contract role. This role will pay $20-22/hr. depending on experience.
Responsibilities:
• Assist HR Manager with administrative tasks
• Ensure company is in compliance with federal, state, local laws and regulations
• Manage documentation for trainings, educational, and onboarding programs
• Assist with terminations, disciplinary actions, etc. as needed
• Handle employee relations questions and issues and assist employees with various tasks
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
• HR Generalist experience required
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
• Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritze
• Must be able to come onsite daily and must be open to a strictly contract role.
