POSITION OVERVIEW:
Uses the IFS System to print Blue prints, shop orders, labels, reports, spreadsheets, graphs, etc. Pulls blueprints, Shop orders and Labels for customer requirements. Coordinates and prioritizes prints, shop orders and labels with material plan and Production Shop Schedule. Tracks, maintains and controls shop orders, blueprints and labels per the internal routing process. Interacts with CNC Operator, CNC Programming, Engineering, Materials Management, etc. Monitors and reviews routings to ensure rev control while providing feedback to engineering. Coordinates ECN process as required. Participates on teams as required.
QUALIFICATIONS SUMMARY:
High School or equivalent education required. Ability to read and interpret documents, instructions, SOP's and guidelines to make data-based decisions within production parameters. Basic math skills required with emphasis on the ability to compute rates, ratios and percentage. Ability to measure. Proficient with computers, preparing reports, spreadsheet, charts, etc. Ability to define problems and correlate solutions, collect data to translate production status, draw valid conclusions and make decisions in a timely manner to prioritize and schedule all work flow through the Fabrication Department.

* Ability to lift up to 30 pounds (using appropriate lifting equipment).
* Work requires some recurring physical exertion such as reaching, stretching, bending, walking around the plant in both facilities, delivering materials between the facilities and similar activities.
* Operates standard manual and automatic material processing and handling equipment.
