Software Developer Senior/Lead
As a software developer senior or lead in the Agent Quoting Operations team, you’ll help ensure our Agent Quoting systems are available 24/7 and functioning as designed by the business. Using Splunk, ITSI, and Distributed Tracing Tools, you’ll help ensure the application and infrastructure are working as expected (monitoring errors, server health, etc.). You’ll also work on projects such as architecture modernization efforts and LEAN improvements. Participation in on-call rotation (~7 weeks a year) is required. This is a remote position for US-based work only.
Must-have qualifications
• Bachelor's Degree or higher in an Information Technology discipline or related field of study and minimum four years of related work experience designing, programming, and supporting software programs and applications
• In lieu of the above, a high school diploma or GED or higher, the completion of a technical training program, and a minimum of four years related work experience
• In lieu of the above, a high school diploma or GED or higher and a minimum of six years related work experience designing, programming, and supporting software programs and applications
Preferred Skills
• C#, Angular, Cloud, APIs, Git, XML, Splunk, Distributed Tracing, ITSI, AppDynamics
• Knowledge and experience with ACORD and Accessibility Standards
• Self-starter with the ability to work independently, as part of a team, and with business partners
• Advanced analytical, technical troubleshooting, diagnosing and problem-solving skills
• Effective verbal and written communication skills
Compensation
• $82,000-$130,000/year depending on position level and experience
• Gainshare bonus up to 30% of your eligible earnings based on company performance
