Job Description
The essential function of the position within the organization is to support individual court employees by asking questions and walking users through steps to resolve issues with computer hardware (workstations, laptops, printers, and scanners), software (Office 365, including SharePoint and Teams, Adobe DC), and network connectivity.
The position is also responsible for supporting the systems administrator with maintaining inventory records, maintaining web/intranet site content, troubleshooting, upgrading hardware and software, maintaining email operations, and other administrative tasks such as processing travel, purchasing, and bookkeeping, as assigned.
The position works under the general supervision of the systems administrator and chief deputy marshal.
Education and Training Guidelines
Associate degree and two years of related work experience.
Job-specific training and education are recommended for entry into the position. Additional relevant experience may substitute for the recommended educational level on a year-for-year basis.
Competencies
The successful candidate will demonstrate strong organizational and problem-solving skills and information technology experience.

The essential function of the position within the organization is to maintain, troubleshoot and provide assistance with operations of servers, workstations and telephones. The position is responsible for supporting networks, assisting end users in maintaining web/intranet site content, supporting system user computer needs, troubleshooting and upgrading hardware and software, maintaining e-mail operations, monitoring network backup, monitoring virus protection functions, and researching new technology. The position works under general supervision of a System Administrator or independently developing work methods and sequences.
