Job Requirements
• Help customers using zoom, facetime, over the phone or in person
• Serve as data entry customer service professional inputting order information, pricing, product information, shipments, and catalog requests.
• Ensure delivery of excellent customer service through timely and accurate processing of orders.
• Work alongside members of the Customer Service team to streamline the data entry process.
• Use the proper ERP systems and processes throughout our different brandings to complete entries.
What You Should Have
• A desire to start your career in a fast-paced growing company.
• Ability to multi-task while maintaining attention to detail and deadlines.
• Problem-solving and analytical skills to identify ways to best serve our customers, including the ability to evaluate processes and propose improvements.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
