This position is full-time. Employees are required to have flexibility to work any of our 8-hour shift schedules during our normal business hours of 8am - 5pm. It may be necessary, given the business need, to work occasional overtime.
Primary Responsibilities:

Accurate/timely submission of Service Request forms to include, but not limited to: New Hire/Transfer/ Telecommuting Status Change, Voice Services, Terminations, change requests, moves

Distribute communications to employees related to computer migration activities or other technology-related activities as appropriate

Purchase only UnitedHealth Group-approved computer hardware and software for supported department

Possess strong professional verbal and written communication skills, and strong organizational skills

Handle confidential information discretely and possess integrity, abide by the highest ethical standards and maintain a transparent and readily available audit trail

Must be flexible, willing to assist others and be diplomatic in stressful situations

Work independently and be a self-starter who can work within a changing environment.

Ability to work as a team player with a positive attitude

Demonstrate strong customer service skills in a professional environment

Create/maintain calendars/coordinate meetings avoiding scheduling conflicts -Create/prepare meeting materials (e.g., PowerPoint deck; agendas) and ensure distribution to appropriate individuals in a timely manner-Schedule, coordinate, and/or set up resources and technology (e.g., conference rooms; food; WebEx; Telepresence) needed for meetings/events (e.g., training)-Make travel arrangements (e.g., airline; hotel; ground transportation; office space assignment) for meeting attendees (e.g., externalcustomers; executives)-Host, coordinate, and/or facilitate meetings/external events as needed (e.g., introduce speakers; manage PowerPoint deck; ensuretime schedules are adhered to; assist with technology; take notes)-Ensure meeting participants (e.g., external customers; executives) have appropriate access to facilities and systems (e.g., issue security badges; request building access; internet access)-Plan and organize logistics of large and/or offsite events, using internal resources as needed (e.g., UHC Maxvantage Meeting Teams)

Required Qualifications:

High School Diploma / GED (or higher)

2+ years customer service experience

Previous experience working with Microsoft Outlook (send and creating emails, scheduling appointments) and Microsoft Word (creating and editing documents.

Preferred Qualifications:

Associates Degree (or higher)

Previous experience working with Microsoft PowerPoint experience (creating presentations)

Previous experience working with Microsoft Excel experience (data entry, sorting/filtering, basic formulas and importing data to a spreadsheet)

Previous call center experience

Experience ordering hardware, software and/or licensing software

Previous experience working with SharePoint (editing, data entry), specifically exposure to InfoPath of administrative support experience
Soft Skills:

Ability to work as an independent, self-starter
