Full Job Description The Manager Administrator works with Deloitte engagement Offering Portfolio leadership, drives initiatives, advises the business. Responsible for driving vendor, contracting, and procurement consistency for the offering.
This role will collaborate cross-functionally within the Operational Excellence team and across Deloitte's Enabling Areas.

Operational Excellence provides business and operational support that enables the GPS Consulting and Advisory practices to deliver exceptional client service. Working in collaboration with our leaders, we are reimagining the future of operations by fundamentally redesigning services and incorporating new technologies that will propel GPS into the future.
Work You Will Do:
• Work with Offering Portfolio & Sector Leadership to identify strategic staffing needs.
• Collaborate with Talent leaders to enhance user experience to drive 'order board' demand and needs.
• Develop custom strategic plans in order to meet practice staffing needs and establish key metrics for success.
• Identify top skills/demand for bulk buys; focus on larger volume demand strategy vs one-off needs.
• Participate in pursuit activities related to vendor teaming/key resources.
• Collaborate with Supply Chain & Business Intelligence teams on Vendor identification/subcontract negotiations/management.
• Develop/monitor staffing plans and identify vendors best suited for the plan.
• Identify areas of continuous improvement and implement efficiencies.
• Manage team of contract administrators at the Admin, Senior and Lead levels who are responsible for the procure to pay process of contingent labor resources:
• Translate sourcing needs to the team
• Assist in routing volume sourcing requests
• Monitor procurement processes for efficiency
• Identify areas for improvement: i.e. procure to onboard timeframe
Qualifications Required :
• Bachelors degree.
• Minimum 8 years of related experience.
• Ability to engage in strategic talent leadership conversations with market knowledge, trends, intelligence, and existing knowledge surrounding 3 rd Party Vendor base.
• Knowledge of how to manage through the contingent risk across different types of contingent workforce solutions - 3 rd Party Vendors, 1099 and statement of work-based providers.
• Ability to demonstrate and understanding of information technology concepts and tools including:
• A strong understanding of emerging information technology (IT) concepts and tools. Must be able to converse with IT professionals (at all levels) regarding IT skill requirements.
• Advanced knowledge of the software development lifecycle.
• Strong understanding of both the consulting industry and the contract resource procurement process (i.e. knowledge of contracts and contractual language; knowledge of US human resource laws, policies and practices; general knowledge of visa processing).
• Demonstrated experience in working with senior leadership within a large company.
• Demonstrated experience managing a team of 8+ individuals.
• Works exceptionally well in a dynamic, complex, fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Excellent prepared and extemporaneous presentation skills.
• Strategic thinker, creative problem-solver, and decision-maker; ability to find innovative, thoughtful solutions to a range of business problems.
• Superior time management/organizational skills including an appropriate sense of urgency and proactive.
• Proficient Microsoft Office skills (e.g., PowerPoint, Excel, OneNote, Word, Teams).
• Knowledge about the professional services industry.
• Excellent spoken, written communication, interpersonal, and relationship building skills.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future.
Qualifications Preferred:
• Previous staffing industry experience.
