Job Responsibilities and Characteristics
Customer Service a must
· *Sorts and distributes packages
· Supports sales and leasing activities
· Supports property vendors/ couriers
· Maintains inventory and stock of supplies
· Works collaboratively with client employees
· Able to communicate clearly and in a friendly and kind manner
· Greets all residents and guests by providing superior service excellence
· Understands all essential aspects of the client’s organization and operation
· Maintains a positive and professional relationship with residents and guests
· Builds knowledge of local area amenities to best answer resident and guest questions
· Assists residents and guests in a professional and efficient manner and provides follow-up when necessary
Skills and Qualifications
· Professional appearance
· Strong follow through capabilities
· Demonstrated ability to multi-task
· Moderate mathematical competencies
· Strong verbal and written communication skills
· Demonstrated desire through experience to satisfy the needs of others in a fast-paced environment
· Proven ability to effectively collaborate with client employees residents, guests and vendors
Experience and Education
· High school degree or GED required
· Some higher education credits preferred
· Minimum two-years service excellence/ customer service experience required
· Working knowledge of office software, mailroom activities, point-of-sale and phone systems
