We are in need of a Oracle Applications Techno-Functional Analyst to work remote based on the west coast or east coast with 25% travel for meetings and implementations. What You Will Be Doing
• Improves business processes and supports critical business strategies by coordinating the development, implementation, and maintenance of business application systems.
• Makes recommendations surrounding improving processes, efficiency, and practices.
• Leads multiple projects and oversees the project teams to insure that deliverables are met.
• Ensures all ERP project goals are accomplished according to specifications and business objectives.
• Documents requirements, defines scope and objectives, and formulates systems to parallel overall business strategies.
• Sets deadlines, assigns responsibilities & priorities, and monitors progress for the ERP system and other business information systems.
• Reviews, analyzes, and evaluates business systems and user needs.
• Simulates and tests process improvements.
• Compiles project status reports, coordinates project schedules, manages project meetings, and identifies and resolves technical problems.
• Coordinates all business information system projects and ensures company resources are utilized appropriately.
• Evaluate and recommend changes to information systems and processes to enhance the business.
• Provide IS leadership for Oracle ERP applications and other business information systems.
What You Need for this Position
At least 3-5+ years of experience in the following:
- Oracle ERP - end to end implementation
- INV - PO - OM - MRP - BOM - WIP - SLA - Costing
• Business process of supply chain management
• Order Management
• Multi-organization manufacturing
- Workflow Builder - Oracle forms/Reports - XML
- Publisher - SQL/ PL/SQL
• Certified Business Analyst Professional (CBAP)
- Orbit Analytics - Power BI
• Flowcharts and Swim lanes
• Bachelor's degree in related field
