KPMG is currently seeking an Associate Director, Product Manager - Identity Management to join our Global Information Technology Group which is part of KPMG International organization.
Responsibilities:
• Drive the product management strategy, design, roadmaps and implementation plans for End User Computing Products
• Act as a trusted advisor, articulating key capabilities of each product to the business
• Participates in ensuring services can be standardized, shared and implemented in an optimized and repeatable fashion
• Participates in effective discussions with business, captures customer requirements and documentation for productivity services
• Participates in ensuring the design of Digital Workplace services are aligned to the strategies and architectural principles of KPMG, enabling wider collaboration, more effective customer service delivery and better outcomes for KPMG professionals
• Supports various combinations of products offerings such as Digital Workplace services, Microsoft and related Cloud services/Cloud Solutions, Mobile device and mobile application management services, Windows desktop encryption services, Virtual desktop infrastructures, Software Distribution services
Qualifications:
• Minimum eight years of recent technology experience within global enterprise scale IT environments
• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university or equivalent work experience
• Extensive experience (200/300 level) working with the specific product(s) or service(s)
• Desktop Provisioning and configuration Management, Mobile Device Provisioning, Mobile Application management; ability to create, document and assure IT solution architecture and high-level designs that address user needs
• Ability to work in a multi-cultural and multi-vendor environment in a multi-discipline team in multiple country locations with sound knowledge in building effective working relationships as well as the ability to plan and deliver business discovery interviews, requirements workshops and solution demonstrations and reviews
• Working experience with cloud/SaaS Modern Workplace technologies and services, including all aspects of Windows & Mobile device endpoint management, Software distribution; demonstrates good analytical and evaluative skills with a strong ability to extract information by questioning, active listening and interviewing
