Full Job Description Deloitte is seeking a top-performing professional services and Lead Administrator, GPS Subcontracts to support Deloitte's Government and Public Services Practice (GPS).

What You'll Do:
As a GPS Subcontracts Administrator Lead within our team you will:
• Proactively provide support to the development, review, and negotiation of subcontracts, modifications, NDAs and TAs consistent with company policies.
• Independently identify risk factors in prime solicitation, Subcontractor proposal, Representations and Certifications submitted, Cost and Price Analysis findings, and Subcontractor Statement of Work. Inform leadership of concerns and provides recommendations on risk mitigating strategies.
• Assist in the development of negotiation strategies. Implement purchasing, strategic sourcing, and subcontract strategies.
• Responsible for compliance and accuracy of the subcontracts administration within assigned portfolio.
• Act as an advisor to business leaders on procurement matters in assigned portfolio and is in-tune with strategy and account objectives and priorities.
• Ensure the timely reporting of subcontract data entry into various systems and monitors data updates. Resolve discrepancies related to subcontract documents and ensures data quality and accuracy.
• Collaborate with other enabling areas to address procedural and complex subcontracts administration and proposal challenges.
• Review, recommend, and manage the preparation of various types of subcontracts.
• Review procurement file documentation and ensure compliance with regulations.
• Develop and implement process improvement strategies and provides training to account team as well as other GPSC professionals.
• Perform other job-related duties as assigned.
• Monitor assigned contracts portfolios (to include pipeline and contract performance) to identify risk areas and opportunities to maximize revenue creation and retention.
• Manage individual workload to ensure the timely and compliant accomplishment of project deadlines and complete accurate internal and external client deliverables.

Required Qualifications:
• 3 - 5 years of relevant work experience.
• Command knowledge of the Federal Acquisition Lifecycle.
• Deep knowledge of Federal Contracting regulations.
• Demonstrated proficiency with MS Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Undergraduate degree, preferably in Accounting, Finance, or Business.
• Excellent spoken, written communication, interpersonal, and relationship building skills.
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively and collaboratively with teams in a demanding executive level work environment.
• Ability to travel 10%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future.
