Full Job Description Do you have superior organizational skills and extensive experience with Microsoft Office products?
This is a permanent (M-F) administrative support position. The position has a fast-pace and heavy workload. Please note: The words 'fast-paced and heavy workload' are not just buzzwords here. We are always working and switch gears often throughout the day.
Daily responsibilities will include:
• Conduct site searches for restaurants, hotels, activities, and gifts
• Prepare attendee documents; contract templates, name badges, confirmation letters, meeting related documents, and other various professional communications
• Prepare and update spreadsheets
• Send out invitations, follow up, and update attendance record
• Prepare tent cards, letters, name badges
• Design and format a wide range of documents (multiple versions of the same document)
• Composes and types letters, memorandums, emails and other correspondence
• Proofreads and edits draft reports or correspondence for errors in grammar or structure
• Create detailed reports as directed
• Ensures the accuracy and adherence to the company's quality standards of all reports and analysis by proofreading all work prior to marking as complete
• Performs other duties as assigned

• 4 hour shift
• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday
