The Marketing Campaign Manager is responsible for the design, content collection, and execution of successful marketing campaigns that reach determined KPIs that grow our client base, wallet share, and brand awareness. This role also works closely with the VP of Marketing and ensures all marketing initiatives and goals are clearly and thoroughly communicated to both the marketing and sales teams. This individual is also responsible for the organization of department workflow associated with such campaigns.
Essential Functions:
• Develop and manage marketing campaigns supporting lead generation for new clients, brand awareness, and wallet share growth opportunities
• Develop quarterly campaign and content strategies, and communicate a high-level overview of goals for the quarter with sales and marketing teams
• Work with digital marketer and VP of Marketing to determine best content and outlets that will optimize reach and results
• Work with sales managers and product marketers along-side VP of Marketing to develop campaigns associated with new location growth and new product adoption
• Review each campaign with marketing team and all sales teams (and operations when applicable) – establish launch dates, target audience, and tracking method (with digital marketer)
• Work with digital marketer to develop monthly/quarterly wrap-up on campaign results for communication to internal teams and Board of Directors
• Build and implement organizational processes elevating marketing team production and cross-department communication as it relates to successful campaign launches
• Direct reports may be added on an as-needed basis
• Manage third-party agency partnership as it relates to digital marketing/campaign needs and execution
• Manage media buy deliverables associated with execution of contracts
• Learn tradeshow planning and webinar execution (both subsets of campaign strategy) and perform both functions on an as-needed basis
• Learn all current marketing systems and tools and know how to use and execute with all, including CRM solutions, Google Analytics, etc.
Qualifications:
• 3+ years of proven success in marketing campaign management
• Degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Marketing Communications, or similar
• Experience working with CRM solutions such as Salesforce and Hubspot a ++
• Excellent computer skills with MS Office and Google Suite
• Thrives through team-driven success
