The Administrative Coordinator remains knowledgeable about business unit policies and budgets and follows up to resolve issues. Explains policy/procedures to other parties, collects, compiles, and analyzes moderately complex to complex data. The Administrative Coordinator may serve as the point of contact for systems utilized by the departments and assist in training staff on the systems. # # Responsibilities:# Maintains all departmental functions in accordance with established departmental procedures by performing various administrative support functions. Manages schedules, arranges appointments and itineraries, coordinates meetings, travel, and conference calls. Prepares documents and reports/spreadsheets. Develops presentation materials. Collects, compiles, and analyzes moderately complex to complex data. Interpret and explain policies/procedures. # Credentials and Qualifications: Completed High School Diploma/GED. 3 years of administrative support experience in an office setting, prefer experience #in healthcare, research and/or academic setting. Demonstrated competency with MS Office software applications (i.e. Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.). Demonstrated ability to lead and manage multiple projects and prepare associated presentations and reports. Excellent interpersonal skills, capable of building strong relationships, developing trust, confidence and partnerships with leadership and staff. # #
