Ilmor is currently the sole engine supplier for MasterCraft’s full line of tow sport crafts.
Join our elite team as a Shipping & Receiving Associate, where you'll be on the front-line of order fulfillment: responsible for order accuracy, packaging and shipping, and developing scalable processes for our growing eCommerce segment. This position will support our growing B2C e-commerce platform, existing B2B customers, and important vendor relationships.

Job Summary
Responsibilities and Duties
• Track and monitor instocks
• Pull correct inventory from stock and prepare for shipment to customers
• Examine contents and compare with records, such as manifests, invoices, or orders, to verify accuracy of incoming or outgoing shipment.
• Prepare documents, such as work orders, bills of lading, and shipping orders to route materials.
• Ensure 100% order accuracy
• Requisition and store shipping materials and supplies to maintain inventory of stock.
• Deliver or route materials to departments, using work devices, such as hand truck, conveyor, or sorting bins.
Required Skills
• 1+ years of experience in Shipping & Receiving or related logistics responsibilities
• High Energy
• Extraordinary attention to detail
• Strong data-entry skills
Desired Qualifications
• Experience in a manufacturing setting
• Experience in a warehouse setting
• Interest in eCommerce logistics
• Experience with ERP or inventory management software
• Intermediate-to-Advanced expertise in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)

Physical Requirements/Work Environment

The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate. However, some instances of this job may require work in areas where ear protection is necessary.
