Summary:
This position is for a Maintenance Tech on 2nd shift.
Primary duties and responsibilities:
• Repair, maintain, and calibrate manufacturing equipment (including but not limited to)
• Wave solder
• Selective solder
• Reflow ovens
• Trident wash
• Solder Paste Inspection (SPI)
• Nitrogen generators
• Router
• ICT Testers and Fixtures
• XRAY
• AOI
• Placement Machines
• Establish process for maintaining spare parts
• Maintain calibration records and schedule vendors to perform calibrations.
• Run machines as required to support production.
Qualifications:
• AS Degree or Equivalent experience.
• Excellent communication skills – both written and verbal
• Problem solving and analysis skills required
• Mechanical and Electrical knowledge preferred. (Specific equipment training to be supplied.)
• Attention to detail and organized
• Excellent computer literacy required
• Must be technically minded to run equipment
