Overview
We are looking for a DVP Real Estate to join our team. This position will directly report to the Chief General Counsel and is responsible for the management of all leased real estate and any accompanying issues related to the Company's facilities.
• Oversee the negotiation of leases to ensure the negotiated provisions are aligned with overall Company strategy
• Lead and manage the provision of workplace services and facility management services in a large building or buildings
• Collaborate with local management to determine scope and method of facilities services required and maintain strategic plan for providing them through staff and selected vendors
• Develop and coordinate programs for lease portfolio management, owned facility management, physical security construction management, and preventative maintenance
• Collaborate with local management to determine scope and method of facilities services
• Confirm service level agreements and expected performance criteria for vendors
• Management of lease agreements
• Management of real estate identification and relocations
About You • Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, logistics or related area, or equivalent experience
• Minimum of 8 years of facility management in a large organization
• Knowledge real estate leases
• Strong time management skills
