Job Description Duties and Responsibilities:
· Responsible for maintaining the Employee Motivation and Empowerment Process.
· Achieve the plant’s yearly financial objectives for all departments reporting to the Divisional President, through planning, directing, controlling, implementing, evaluating, monitoring, and forecasting as needed to achieve budgets and cost of sales.
· Maintain Quality and Environmental compliance through use and understanding of policies and procedures.
· Projects a positive image to peers and subordinates, the internal and external customers, and to the community in which we live by producing a cost efficient, quality project in a product environment.
· Establish, prepare, implement, revise, and maintain policies and procedures related to manufacturing operations.
· Coordinates production, distribution, warehousing, and sales in accordance with policies, principles, and procedures established by division president
· Responsible for plant P & L and all budget matters in the operation of the plant.
· Works closely with other departments such as Sales and Engineering, Purchasing and Quality, to improve productivity and to achieve established goals and customer expectations.
· Confers with plant personnel and reviews activity, operating, and sales reports to determine changes in programs or operations required.
PLASTIC INJECTION experience required
