The opportunity
The Service Delivery Center is made up of high-performing, US-based resources who work closely with our experienced professionals to deliver project-based work and managed services to our federal clients. The Service Delivery Center is a core component of the Government & Public Sector practice (GPS). We currently have an opportunity for an analyst to join our growing practice.
Your key responsibilities
• Assist in analyzing large client financial and operational data sets by compiling data into visually represented reports
• Assist in performing manual and automated data extraction, transformation, and loading procedures by running reports, checking and compiling data
• Assist in creating and executing queries to view, create and update client data by defining report requirements and developing reports
• Assist in generating reports and interactive dashboards by designing, developing, and running reports
• Assist in creating and processing data files and other client deliverables by compiling data into reports
• Assist in the creation of and adherence to standards and best practices for your client team
• Assist in creating client business, financial and operational documentation by keeping version control, compiling data to create final documents

• Strong technical skills and troubleshooting techniques
To qualify for the role, you must have
• United States citizenship; and must be able to obtain and maintain a public trust clearance or higher
• A Bachelor’s degree, with a minimum of 2 years of relevant job or demonstrated ability to learn and perform the role
• Practical coding experience in SQL, R, and/or Python is required
• Experience in Tableau and/or Microsoft Power BI visualization development is required
• Understanding of ETL concepts and industry standard tools is preferred
• Ability to analyze financial and operational data sets and assist in problem solving
• Ability to work with accounting, business management and/or technology concepts
• Strong communication, facilitation and presentation skills
• Flexibility and ability to work with a nationally distributed team
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint)
• Ability to prioritize assignments, meet tight deadlines and follow up on open issues
• Excellent English language skills – both written and verbal
Ideally, you'll also have
• Certification in a data visualization tool such as Power BI or Tableau, or a programming or statistical language
• Ability to progress towards achieving a CISA or PMP certification
