This person will have the opportunity to work on Citi’s optimization and recent implementation of our Talent Acquisition Systems, and associated projects that touch millions of candidates and thousands of internal stakeholders in North America. The team is currently responsible for maintaining the system functionality, internal stakeholder needs and expectations of the system and migrating new releases and features that enable Talent Acquisition to execute its strategy. Specific responsibilities include:Provide North America Early Career Talent Acquisition Systems support and guidance throughout the optimization and development lifecycleProvide project support & leadership and act as a liaison between senior leaders, stakeholders and Global Talent Acquisition Systems partnersManage business analysts and guide regional subject matter experts through system evaluation, issue resolution and training, including high priority requestsCollaborate with compliance, legal, data privacy and other necessary parties for successful and compliant utilization of all Talent Acquisition systemsDeep dive into systems issues and data sets when necessary to identify inclusive solutionsEvaluate and optimize candidate experienceEvaluate and optimize stakeholder experiences; including but not limited to Hiring Manager, Primary Recruiter, Primary Recruiting Coordinator, Sourcers, Collaborators, Interviewers and ApproversCollaborate with Global Process Owners, systems, and project teams to ensure connectivity of Talent Acquisition systems within CitiActively engage with vendors to advocate for systemic improvements which benefit the organizationQualifications:2-3 years of project & systems management experience, HR systems is a plus1-2 years of  client relationship management and solutioning experience in support of Talent Acquisition initiatives and systems supportProven experience with Applicant Tracking System configuration and optimization, including legal regulatory requirementsDemonstrated history of process flow consolidation and new process designAbility to provide solutions to complex business problems, analyze data sets when needed, and communicate directly with development teamsProven experience creating business requirements and functional specification documents, review of test scripts and approval of test resultsEffective Communication Skills for all levels of the organization, from senior management to end users.-------------------------------------------------Job Family Group: Project and Program Management-------------------------------------------------Job Family:Project Management------------------------------------------------------Time Type:Full time------------------------------------------------------Citi is an equal opportunity and affirmative action employer.Qualified applicants will receive consideration without regard to their race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, disability, or status as a protected veteran.Citigroup Inc. and its subsidiaries ("Citi”) invite all qualified interested applicants to apply for career opportunities.
