Head of Architecture Governance Program Management Job DescriptionDo you excel at bringing clarity from ambiguity? Are you yearning to better leverage your business and tech experience to broaden your impact on process and technology change? The Engineering and Architecture Practice (EAP) for the Institutional Clients Group (ICG) is building out a Business Architecture and Architecture Governance practice that will guide transformational technology, policy and process improvements supporting ICG’s global functions and wider business and technology simplification efforts.As part of the team, the Program Manager will leverage broad technology policy & process knowledge, deep program management experience and outstanding communication skills, as they lead collaboration with Risk & Control teams, Technology, Operations, and Business teams across Citi's enterprise to meeting both current technology policy commitments and broader strategic enhancements in this space.ResponsibilitiesEstablish a program management and executive reporting frameworkDrive the execution of the architecture governance book of workCollaborate with Risk & Control and Internal Audit to proactively identify control gaps and effective resolutionsWork closely with all technical partners supporting ICG to align strategic policy and process enhancementsEnsure that activities in ICG are aligned to the enterprise-wide objectives, working in close partnership with peers in other sectorsRepresent Architecture Governance on current and emerging Risk & Control forumsDesign and run training sessions, where required, for enterprise and ICG policy and procedure changesChampion continuous improvement in business architecture and architecture governance at Citi - drive adoption of industry best practices, improved tooling, and trainingPERSON SPECIFICATIONKnowledge / Experience / SkillExtensive experience in Technology Risk Management, Regulatory or Compliance for a Financial InstitutionBroad Program Management experience, with a track record of delivering large initiatives across a diverse global user baseProven leadership in a complex & regulated technology environmentStrong communication skills (verbal, written, interpersonal) which enable engagement and influence of stakeholders at all levels within the organization, from technical developers to executive leadersOutcome oriented, with a successful track record of delivering business process improvement outcomes demanding cross-functional collaborationAbility to effectively deliver under time pressure, clarifying ambiguity as needed to deliver against expectationsExtensive Executive reporting experienceSelf-motivated, independent, multi-tasker, willing and able to take ownership of various parts of an initiative-------------------------------------------------Job Family Group: Technology-------------------------------------------------Job Family:Technology Project Management------------------------------------------------------Time Type:Full time------------------------------------------------------Citi is an equal opportunity and affirmative action employer.Qualified applicants will receive consideration without regard to their race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, disability, or status as a protected veteran.Citigroup Inc. and its subsidiaries ("Citi”) invite all qualified interested applicants to apply for career opportunities.
