Position Summary:
The Marketing Director is responsible for all marketing activities related to our brand and portfolio of enterprise solutions and products. We seek a proactive candidate with a strong sense of accountability and a focus on bottom-line results. This role requires expertise across multiple marketing facets including, but not limited to, lead generation and acquisition, branding, product positioning, SEM and SEO. This role will report to the Vice President of Marketing.
---- The ideal candidate come from heavy SaaS and Data B2B background within verticals like Debt Collection, Batch Processing, Identity Verification, Investigation and Fraud Prevention etc. ----
What you will be doing:
• Leverage customer insights to better segment, target and reach potential customers
• Work closely with the leadership team to develop brand, solution and product positioning
• Oversee paid search activities, working with the VP of Marketing and Chief Revenue Officer to identify target lead quantities and quality assessment.
• Craft quarterly KPI’s including new customer targets, MQL’s direct signs ups and more
• Optimize marketing budgets to maximize Return on Ad Spend and efficiently scale new leads
• Identify pain points to creatively improve non-performing areas
• Test, learn and scale what works and have the confidence to cut what doesn’t
• Drive campaigns from planning to execution and beyond to meet key performance metrics
• Craft competitive SWOT analysis’s to help inform strategy
• Direct and manage team and agency performance on various channels to achieve goals and ROI targets
• Ensure that our brands are appropriately represented in all paid and digital work
• Scope out and identify new channels, platforms, tools and systems to improve performance
• Test new channels and trends to improve customer acquisition such as OLV and CRO
• Tweak strategies and budgets based on current performance to maximize ROI
What you will need:
• 8+ years B2B Marketing experience, preferably in SaaS industry
• BA/BS in Marketing, Business or Quantitative discipline
• Strong experience in B2B marketing with emphasis on SaaS and data technology, Identity Verification and/or Fraud Mitigation solutions
• Experience in PPC and partnership management
• Experience in SEO
• Data Driven with strong quantitative and analytical skills
• Proven track record of brand building
• Ability to manage a team while also executing independently
• An appetite for outcome - transforming business from strategy through to execution
• A personable, outgoing, effective communicator
• Strategic thinker that can see beyond the day-to-day grind, leverage customer insights and data to help reach marketing and sales goals, create a stronger brand, and improve the customer experience
• Strong problem solving and analytical ability, with a track record of “test & learn” mindset
• Ability to multi-task and work in cross-functional, fast-paced environments with the pressure of multiple deadlines, multiple partners/vendors, and complexity
• Excellent team player, who values other views and can earn stakeholder confidence quickly and exert influence
• Strong creative marketing and communication skills
