Hourly Wage: $18.00 per hour
Duties: Evaluate processes to create Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) to include current procedures, emergency practices and new job duties for all positions in the USF Vehicle Maintenance Department. Work closely with the USF Vehicle Manager and our Assistant Director to find the most efficient and a more cohesive process. Update our outdated programs, processes and procedures to run in a more current functioning program. Position duties may include working with our work order system (FAMIS), tracking employee time and some additional administrative requests to be determined.
Average Number of Hours per Week: 20 hours per week
Schedule: Flexible within business hours of 7:00 am- 3:30 pm, Monday-Friday
Minimum Qualifications: Applicant must be a currently enrolled USF student with a Federal Work Study (FWS) award
Applicant must have a current Federal Work Study (FWS) award for the current academic year in order to apply for this position. Applicants are asked to demonstrate proof of their FWS award by saving their “Award Overview” screen from OASIS as a print screen and then pasting it into a Word document and upload it as part of any additional required application materials. If other documents (in addition to your FWS award) are required as part of your application, you must upload ALL documents as one document .

Preferred Qualifications:
•    Business or English background preferred with 1 year or more of college coursework.
•    Certification in Microsoft programs to include Access, Excel, Word and Power Point.
•    Ability to analyze processes and determine steps to complete work in an efficient manner.

FWS is awarded to eligible students who meet the March 1st priority deadline when completing their Free Application for Federal Financial Aid (FAFSA) application.
