Candidate will be knowledgeable in across technology stack, should be able to prototype, pivot, develop and operationalize solutions at pace with business demands. You will be partnering with various commercial teams (such as field excellence, marketing, data science, data ops) to ensure that we enable innovative and new technologies and applications to deliver against business objectives. You will be part of High productive team of Software/Data Engineers and be accountable for scalable product design and delivery for the US region. Collaborate with Data Architects, Business SME’s, and Data Scientists to architect data products and services.Build data products and service processes which perform data transformation, metadata extraction, workload management and error processing management.Assess new technologies to ensure that the solutions are stable, efficient, and responsive to appropriate business needsPerform full stack software design and development to build frameworks, applications, APIs, data pipelines, etc. to meet business use casesContribute to software development process change and DevOps discussionsActively balance technical debt incurred during software implementations by finding opportunities for improvement (debt repayment), even in tight deadlinesParticipate in sprint planning meetings to contribute with estimations and development strategyDrive cost savings with ownership of software designs and architectureWinWhat we expect of youWe are all different, yet we all use our unique contributions to serve patients. Basic Qualifications:Master's degree Or Bachelor's degree and 2+ years of Information Systems and/or Cloud experience Or Associate degree and 6+ years of Information Systems and/or Cloud experience Or High school diploma/GED and 8+ years of Information Systems and/or Cloud experience Preferred Qualifications:Experience with software development (Java, Python preferred), end-to-end system designExperience with Apache Airflow and Apache SparkExperience architecting and building ETL pipelines; Hands-on experience with SQL, preferred Oracle, PostgreSQL, and Hive SQLExperience working on latest AWS technologies (S3, EC2, Lambda, Integration tools, Redshift, RDS, building large-scale and complex systems)Experience of managing software applications at scale, with knowledge of complex data processingStrong understanding in one or more - ETL, Batch Processing, APIs, Machine LearningExperienced with API integration, serverless architectureUnderstanding of Agile methodologies and DevOps.Experience with Software engineering best-practices, including but not limited to version control (Git, Subversion, etc.), CI/CD (Jenkins, Maven etc.), automated unit testing, Dev OpsDemonstrated high learning agility with a strong sense of ownership, urgency and driveStrong organizational, planning skills and demonstrated ability to effectively collaborate across a matrixed organizationStrong ability to work with both internal and external partners and ability to rally a team around common objectives and goalsThriveSome of the vast rewards of working hereAs we work to develop treatments that take care of others, we also work to care for our teammates’ professional and personal growth and well-being.
