Job Description
* Contact customers with overdue accounts and collect the overdue amount
* Answering incoming finance calls/email inquiries from Customers as well as providers
* Ensuring all assigned Customer Accounts are in good standing with no past due balances
* Communicate with outside customers regarding billing issues; Resolve customer issues and complaints concerning billing
* Processing incoming mail
* Perform all other duties and assignments as directed by management
