Responsibilities
Overall responsible for business deposits, loans, and accompanying business services to include Bill Pay and Online Banking. Responsible for preparing loan documents, booking business loans and annual review monitoring.  Works closely with the Commercial Loan Officers and Business Relationship Managers for loan package submittals, due diligence and document collection. Works directly with third party vendors, title companies, lawyer’s offices, etc. to meet quality standards in the loan process. Works with the Business Solutions Operations Manager, AVP Commercial Loan Underwriter and VP of Business Solutions on all business functions regarding business services. Cross-sells Credit Union products and services.  Supports a sales and service environment that is focused on the credit union’s mission, vision and core values. Acts as a credit union subject matter expert (SME) regarding Business Solutions offerings.
Qualifications
REQUIRED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE:
• High School diploma required; associates degree is preferred.
• 3 years commercial real estate loan processing, documentation and closing experience required.
• Additional experience helpful in any combination of the following: general ledger management for new loans/advances/paydowns, prepare and process mortgage satisfactions for paid off loans.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, Episys, and ComplianceOne.
• Ability to handle various projects and priorities simultaneously.
• Ability to prioritize and use mature judgment in a fast-paced environment.
• Bilingual (English and Spanish) preferred.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS
• Must be able to sit for extended periods of time.
• Must be able to read, write, speak and type English.
• Must be able to hear and use a telephone.
• Use of computer requires repetitive keystrokes.
WORK ENVIRONMENT
• Hybrid (office and remote) work environment. Reports to Grow HQ at least 2 days/week.
• Sedentary role.
