What you’ll be doing...
We are looking for a Lead Java Developer with a passion to learn and educate fellow associates and guide them to follow the best practices. Using knowledge of Verizon iEN Network processes, architecture and IT SAFe processes, this role is expected to design the solutions and deliver with the help of a team.
• Developing processes and solutions for Verizon iEN Network Creation.
• Leading SAFe teams to deliver quality IT solutions.
• Facilitating early engagement with Verizon Network Engineers to define high-level architecture.
• Developing System High level design from high-level architecture.
• Developing Low Level design across ART teams.
• Developing BPM process, microservices and integrations for end-to-end integration.
• Managing FOA and GA of system solutions.
• Working across organizations and systems for seamless integration of application solutions.

In this hybrid role, you'll have a defined work location that includes work from home and assigned office days set by your manager.
What we’re looking for...

You enjoy the process of solving complex issues while empowering the team around you to do the same. People count on you to have strong domain experience in Network System application tools.
You’ll need to have:
• Bachelor’s degree or four or more years of work experience.
• Four or more years of relevant work experience.
• Experience with BPM and Microservice development.
Even better if you have one or more of the following:
• A Master's degree.
• Experience with Java/ J2EE, Oracle, XML, and PL/SQL.
• Experience in systems design and project management.
• Experience with Verizon network systems.
