We heard you knock!The Website Development Manager is an effective, hands-on technical leader who performs multi-disciplinary functions relating leading and coordinating the development and support of Masonite’s software applications, compliance programs and special projects.  This role is primarily responsible for managing the development efforts within Masonite’s Digital web software portfolio.  This position will have up to 3 direct reports under their supervisory organization.Duties include, but are not limited to, vendor management, resource management and allocation, portfolio prioritization, stakeholder management and reporting, software release schedule management, cross-functional team facilitation, program support, program budget management and strategic development.Main Responsibilities and Accountabilities: Manage the ongoing development and maintenance of Masonite.com and other Masonite web properties in partnership with Marketing teamResearch and recommend technology trends to drive evolving website capabilities including, but not limited to virtual and augmented reality, 3d rendering capabilities, 1st and 3rd party ecommerce programs, actor segmentation, low-code/no-code solutions, artificial intelligence and machine learningDevelop and maintain Masonite websites using a combination of internal and external resources while employing agile methodologies for frequent and predictable deliveryProvide technical governance over solution delivery to ensure performance, security and resilience standards for Masonite websitesEstablish and manage key supplier partner relationships to develop and support website programsConduct regular steering meets to ensure stakeholder alignment and maintain expected outcomesProactively report on key initiatives and metrics across web platforms to drive ongoing success, early warning, escalation, and dynamic risk reporting to leadershipMaintain annual website budgetEstablish and maintain onshore and offshore partner supplier contractsEducationBachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Business or equivalentExperience6 years of active, full-stack website development using modern technologies (e.g,, Wordpress, Sitecore, Adobe Suite, Shopify, Wix, etc.)4 years in a manager-level leadership and/or management role in a high energy, dynamic companyProven experience with identifying and delivering value through website solutionsProven experience with the management of teams, including personal growth of team members and ability to deliver on a KPI driven planExcellent contextualization skills in order to empathize and understand business pain points and work towards resolutionDemonstrated aptitude to assess and analyze issues/data and develop or implement appropriate plan to resolvePassionate about technology and strong curiosity and desire to learnExcellent oral and written communication skills to provide technical presentationAbility to work multiple projects simultaneously and shift gears to prioritize urgent matters when necessary#Li-DV1Open to extraordinary!
