The CitiLean and Smart Automation organization’s role is to partner (Key Enabler) with senior leaders across the Institutional Client Group (ICG) business, operations & technology, and global functions to drive business and process transformation to deliver on the organizations financial and non-financial goals.  The team operates as a global team spread across Asia, Europe and North America and consists of senior strategic process engineers, data analyst, lean/six sigma process engineers and smart automation developers.The CitiLean and Smart Automation Senior Process Engineer will be responsible for leading projects to improve risk and control, client experience, process efficiency and revenue expansion driving measurable results as a part of project delivery. The role requires the person to follow the CitiLean Smart Automation methodology and partner with senior leaders and cross-functional teams throughout the lifecycle of the project.Reporting to the regional lead, he/she will be responsible for executing projects across Citi franchises in North/Latin America covering ICG O&T including Security Services, Markets, Transaction and Trade Service, Private Bank and Operations & TechnologyThe perfect fit for this role will be someone with a strong aptitude towards data and financial analytics, a strategic problem-solving mindset, proven exposure to process re-engineering with experience in financial service and/or consulting.Responsibilities: Responsible for leading and executing CitiLean and Smart Automation projects within or across businessesResponsible for executing projects from scoping to implementation leveraging continuous improvement/CitiLean tools and analysis to deliver on project outcomesInterface with business, key stakeholders, champions & reengineering leadership.
