For success, the Administrative Assistant must have:
• Ability to multitask
• An enthusiastic, outgoing, and team-oriented personality
• Outstanding communication skills
• Motivation to engage with students to ensure that their time at Huntington is memorable
• Ability to assist in answering incoming telephone calls, determine purpose of callers, and forward call to applicable personnel
• Provide potential families orientation regarding Huntington Learning Center services across the academic continuum
• Handle general office tasks and administrative duties, such as entering data, filing, maintaining office equipment, and preparing student record
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $13.00 - $16.00 per hour
