As Logistics Manager, you lead demand planning, scheduling, warehousing & delivery operations for Plastipak’s Plant City facility.  You collaborate with multiple functions, including Quality, Procurement and Manufacturing Production, as well as carriers, vendors and customers.  Your team contributes to Plastipak’s ranking as an industry leader in the design and manufacture of rigid plastic containers.You WillManage a team to achieve best possible outcomes for complete and on-time delivery to customers, minimal days on hand, logistics and warehouse costs, inventory accuracy and shrinkageMaintain the Finished Goods Management Program, providing for the movement and storage of finished productsStrategically plan production schedules & line utilization to ensure production schedules meet forecasts, business demand plans and deadlines.Review and revise product Master Data for planning, scheduling and warehousingPerform monthly cycles of Supply Network Planning, publishing results to the leadership teamMaintain communication with internal colleagues, customers and carriersUphold & contribute to our positive work environment where safety, continuous improvement and customer satisfaction are top prioritiesPlastipak is an Equal Opportunity EmployerIn order to process your job application, Plastipak collects and stores the personal information that you submit via this website.
