Why it’s worth it: ServiceNow Developers administer and enhance Portal, RQ’s customized ServiceNow instance which acts as a central ticketing system.The Associate ServiceNow Developer will be part of the team that is accountable for the multi-tenancy instance of ServiceNow which includes both internal and external ServiceNow domains. This includes the development and automation of workflows supporting the Security Operations Center (SOC), Infrastructure, and customer onboarding process. This position reports to the Director of Platform Enablement.The everyday hustle: Scripting solutions to enhance the Portal front-end based on internal requestsSystem administration in ServiceNow (i.e. upgrades, system monitoring)Completing email and API integrations of customer ServiceNow instances intoPortalMature the Portal platform with new ServiceNow feature additionsHandles administrative and enhancement requests while better learning theServiceNow platform.Create manage and maintain new and existing ServiceNow rolesCreation of parsing rules to properly ingest customer dataSet up and manage ServiceNow customer centric workflowsSet up and management of ServiceNow knowledgebase articles for internal andexternal customersCollaborate with team members to look for ways to continuously improve ourenterprise platform related processes (i.e. Incident Management, ProblemManagement, Change Management, etc.)Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure reporting is available tomanagementWork with internal stakeholders on modules and templates used in ServiceNowto ensure they meet the needs of the businessWork individually and collaboratively with other ServiceNow team members todevelop and test approved enhancements to the ReliaQuest ServiceNowinstance(s)Be available to work with ServiceNow HI support regarding platform relatedissues and bugsTroubleshoot and remediate issues and bugs within customized workflows andprocessesMonitor health, usage and overall compliance of the applicationDo you have what it takes? Associates or Bachelor’s Degree in a Computer Science or related field, or equivalent experience1 year of ServiceNow Administration1 Year JavaScript ExperienceServiceNow Domain Separation ExperienceITIL Certification or experience leveraging ITIL and the Service LifecycleAPI Integration Implementation and Troubleshooting ExperienceSoftware Development/Programming ExperienceFamiliarity with Software Development LifecycleWhat makes you uncommon?
