Manager of Learning - Team Leadership and Learning Innovation
What You'll Do
Youwill shape, design, and manage learning programs, solutions, and experiences that support manager-level client service professional leadership development and professional growth.
In this context, you will apply and build skills in the areas of learning needs analysis; learning design;project management; and change management. At the same time, you will have an opportunity to develop L&D innovationswith applicability across all of learning, with a focus on to how we provide more tailored learning, apprenticeship, and support for colleagues "in the workflow" and in the moment of need.
You willbuild an understanding of the colleagues you support-who they are and what they need. You will build a perspective on whatcapabilitieslearners require the most help developing, as well as how learning can support them from a connectivity, career reflection, celebration, and 'culture transmission' standpoint.
You willensure our learning journeys & curricula align with the firm's strategic priorities and people strategy.This is especially pivotal given the rapid diversification of roles at the Firm; the new ways in which we are working together and serving clients;and the new capabilities needed to achieve impact on teams.
You willcreate, design, and launch innovative learning solutions, including virtual learning, digital learning, performance support, and coaching solutions.You will be asked to steer major design efforts, teaming with our Design and Delivery Centers of Excellence.You will co-lead the planning, communications, andchange management required for effectiveimplementation of new solutions.
You will monitor and measure overallimpactof learning across the dimensions or reach, relevance, and impact. You will manage select programs and offeringsto ensure quality of experience, transference of learning and behavior change, post-program learning reinforcement, faculty performance and health, and efficiency.
Qualifications
• University degree and excellent academic record
• Experience in Learning & Development (including instructional design, performance consulting, facilitation, or broader L&D leadership) preferred
• Passion for learning, capability building or broader people development
• Leadership toolkit basics, including problem-solving fundamentals (structuring, synthesis), project management, and communications skills
• Confidence and peer-like senior stakeholderskills-in particular, experience acting as a thought partner to senior leadership
