Class A OTR/Regional dry van company drivers with 12 months experience in last three years run dry van I-40 and south with 99% no touch and 80% drop n hook. Starting pay is based on experience and the fleet average is $1400-$1800/WK
Drivers and dogs are allowed from day one
Starting CPM is .50-.60
Drivers average 2700-3200 miles per week but drivers need to stay out 14-18 days (if live in an out of the way location please be flexible and know it may be 21 days) but no longer. Drivers are home 3-4 days depending on what they need. The average load is 1000+ miles and much of the freight runs coast to coast.
Great benefits kick in after 60 days and include medical, dental, vision, PTO and more.
Oldest truck in the fleet is 2019 and will accept auto restrictions.
Most trucks are 2020 Freightliner Cascadias and include bunk heater, refrigerator and 2500 watt inverter.
Requirements
Drivers must have 6 months verifiable Class A Regional or OTR experience in the last 3 years
Absolutely no rear end accidents of any kind in the last 5 years this includes PMV and CMV
No DOT Reportable Preventable accidents in the last three years
No DUI in any vehicle in last 10 years and are not taking SAP applicants. May only have one in a lifetime
