Full Job Description The successful candidate will have experience as a mid-level staff officer at a Combatant Command or Service staff with a demonstratable history of employing secure, interoperable and timely Joint Command and Control (C2) capability for decision superiority to the National Command Authority (NCA), Combatant Commanders, and Joint Task Force (JTF) Commanders.
• This position requires 24/7/365 GCCS-J coverage at HQ USCENTCOM.
• Support/Travel to approved sites supporting Overseas Contingency Operations in the USCENTCOM AOR is required.
• Provide GCCS-J training to replacement forces prior to deployment.
• Provide mobile training and technical support to US and Coalition elements as authorized/directed.
• GCCS-J operates outside of the service-specific implementations and is interoperable with other DoD C2 systems, accessible over the network, and/or can be transported and utilized by mobile tactical units providing mission critical/mission sensitive cross domain services to ensure the integrity of U.S. and allied data between different security domains
• This effort also requires C2 policy and planner support in regards to secure early warning, radiant mercury, OPTASK COP and other GGCS-J interrelated areas.
• Candidate must have the ability to interact professionally and successfully with Government operational representatives.
• Candidate must have excellent written and verbal communication skills and is required to have high level public speaking abilities.

Required Skills: *
• Must be a US Citizen
• Active TS clearance and SCI eligibility; be able to securely handle/safeguard classified information
• Five- Eight Years relevant work experience
• Experience with high-level military staff briefing and action items
• Highly experienced with Microsoft Office O365 products; excellent writing/briefing skills
• Must be available for travel to both domestic and international locations (Qatar); no combat zone travel is authorized on this contract
• Ability to support a dynamic, fast-paced work environment
• SharePoint specialist; ability to cross-train on other OES positions and support for short duration surge/contingency

Desired Skills: *
• Previous experience in training/mobile training teams
• Bachelor's Degree
• Active-duty military experience directly supporting COP analysis
• More than 10 years of operations support experience at the operational level or higher
• Must be able to work independently with minimal government oversight and function effectively as part of a team in a joint working environment
• Have experience and/or knowledge of using Joint-Range Extension software
